A smart way to draft contracts according to your needs. Follow the process that ROKH has prepared for you, based on best market practices, enter your preferences and your contract documents will be ready in no time at all. You can then complete and refine the texts offline with the aid of our guidelines.
We also offer a specialised telephone support service, so you will never be left alone! With access reserved for ROKH Platform Members, you can also negotiate your contracts with your counterparties in the dedicated negotiation suites and sign them remotely.

Digital Execution Of Agreements
In the dedicated negotiation trading suites reserved for ROKH Platform Members, you can negotiate with your counterparties and remotely sign contracts created through the use of our ROKH Builder as well as your contracts or templates that you can safely import into your reserved area. In each negotiation suite you can also import the documents and attachments which, accompanying the contract under negotiation, will be signed with a single signature.
Simplicity and certain date are the essential elements of the electronic signature of the documents included in the suite and of their negotiation through the ROKH Platform.
Express the intention to negotiate and confirm it with secure digital tools, also useful to demonstrate - for tax purposes - signing by exchange of correspondence of the related contracts.

Storage
File your documents and keep a certified track of the entire negotiation history and the various versions created during the negotiation.
The ROKH Platform contains an archive of the history of each negotiation, in which each intermediate version of each contract is automatically saved, organised and certified with a certain date and with evidence of the changes that took place. This archive makes it easy to extract a structured, chronologically sorted and complete electronic file, which can also be used in litigation, reflecting the actual intentions expressed by the parties during the negotiation. In the event of use in court, the certain date helps to simplify the burden of proof.
